Each of the Event Type Class may be used to seed the Follow-on Action for the first Action Record saved as part of the Add Incident Panel.  [No use of this is made].

Set Action Officer

Each of the Event Type Class may be used to seed the Action Officer later on the Add Incident Panel.  [No use of this is made].

This is controlled through references in table fields: EventTypeDefActionOfficer.

Set Default Filing Reference

Each of the Event Type Class may be used to seed the Filing Reference later on the Add Incident Panel.  [No use of this is made].

This is controlled through references in table fields: EventTypeDefFilingRef.

Set KPI Target Completion Dates

Each of the Event Type Class may be used to set the KPI Target Completion Date for the entered Incident Record.  [Use of this is made for Customer Enquiry class records].

This is controlled through references in table fields: EventTypeKPIAction, EventTypeKPIActionAdd.  Entries of 'W+' and '2' set a target date two weeks hence, 'D+' and '1' is one day hence (24 Hours).

Network Area / Manager Reference

Overview

The Network Area Reference is also used as a classification of Manager  within a Contract on Incident Records.  The usage (particularly the Caption given on forms) does vary between different installations,  however the usage is similar.   The table definition contains a number of values that are used to seed other data fields and actions.

Network Area Manager Link

The prime one of these is the User Id of the Manager who is responsible for the Network Area - held in field [NAManagerId].  On Incident Records, this reference is used to seed the Action By selection when the Manager (or Network Area) is specified.

The data table in HighStone is [ltbNetworkAreas].

Emergency Response Incidents are classified by Network Area - and this link is used to allocate raised Works Orders to the correct Parent Scheme Reference.  The field name is [NAIncidSchemeNo].

Incident Area to Point of Contact Link

A link is defined to between the Network Area (Manager) and the Prime Depot or Point of Contact within the Contract.  A direct link to the table [ltbPointContact] is given in the field [NAPointContact].

A further entry has been added to cater for configurations where more than one Network Area (or discipline) is handled by the same Point of Contact (Depot).  This additional field [NANotifyCentre] is used by HighStone to seed the Works Package Notifications (emails) by linking the Network Area (Manager) to the required expansion of target Email Addresses.
