Incident Details - Details/Locations Tab

Details – Update existing details as appropriate

Location - Facilitates the development of the initial Location information.

Works Orders Where repairs are required Works Orders can be raised and viewed for both Temporary and Permanent Repairs

Incident Dates – The Effective start date is taken from the initial start date entered when the incident record was first created. The incident closed out date is entered through clicking the Close out Incident button, entering a Closing note and selecting a closing reason and entering the closure date and time.

Response Class – Select appropriate entry

Works Packages – Click the Define WP button to allocate affected Works Packages, these are then displayed in the Works packages box.

Misc Check Boxes – Tick or clear according to the box title
