Incident Details - Response Units Tab

The Response Unit tab lists the deployment of Response units against incidents.  Recording date and time Deployed; Arrival; work commencement and Departure

Where target responses are set, this record provides the information for producing performance information.

Deploy Unit… – creates a new deployment record.

The Deploy Response Unit panel takes the IRN number and Type of incident details from the main incident panel.

 

Unit Deployed - . Select the incident support unit from the dropdown list

Enter the Time Deployed, together with Comments if applicable

Tick the First Attending Unit tick box if this is the case.

 

Edit Deploy Record – Select the deployment record from the Response Units Deployed panel and click the Edit Deploy Record button.

 

Update the deployment times as they unfold Or Tick the Cancel Deployment checkbox if the deployment was cancelled.
