Select the facility from the HighStone menu and the title panel will be displayed. This will list any Excel files already held in the source Folder location, along with details of file date, size and status.
HighStone supports any number of defined Import Definitions - the system has been configured to hold the standard definition Import Labour-Plant Allocations.
The Refresh command button may be used to Refresh / Update the display list - possibly after adding more source files to the target Folder.
It is not necessary to change the definition format, but this may be viewed/edited using the Edit Defn command button. This loads the definition as selected in the pull down control Source Employer. [This name refers to the standard use of this facility to import Staff Timesheets from different Employer sources]. It is possible to create a new definition - select the [Create New Definition] entry on the pull-down before clicking on the command button.
