End of Shift Checkout

At the end of the shift further information is sought

On selecting End of Shift Check Out, an option to complete the ISU Weekly Contents Check is displayed to open and complete the necessary sections not completed previously.

Note: This form is maintained throughout the week for any shift to complete in part or all sections.

 

To begin, select ISU End of Shift and complete all menu items and sign to indicate the form completion.
