Routine Cyclic Maintenance
Raise a New Cyclic Activity Record
To raise a new Incident Report select Undertake Cyclic Activity from the Daily Activity Log. A list log containing all records previously raised within the ISU shift period is displayed.
To open a new Incident Record and select ‘Add New Record’. Only one activity should be input for each record.
Note: All previous crew information has been entered from the login information at the start of the shift period.
Risk Assessment
Prior to beginning any CDyclic Activity the Site Hazards should be completed to ensure the site is acceptable for safe working. Any 'Yes' response would indicate it is unsafe or the risks have been mitigated. In such instances a note may be entered to specify more detailed information.
Cyclic Activity Details
In this example, sign cleaning has been selected. Scroll down to the relevant section for Road Traffic Sign Cleaning and select 'Add Traffic Sign Details'. A series of prompts will be displayed to enter information relevant to the task undertaken. Each sign is individually managed to allow a number of sign entries to be made.
