This tab on the form is for the use of the HighStone Support Team to enter details on the Response / Reply to the issue raised.
When details are entered here and Saved the Status field will show Progressing. If the reply given closes / answers the query raised by the user, set the Status pull-down to Answered.
Where the issue is passed back to the HighStone Development Team for implementation, under a Change Request Form (CRF), the relevant CRF Number should be entered.
