User Timesheets

Overview

Staff Weekly timesheets should be completed on HighStone.  All hours worked by staff require booking against either a Scheme or an Overhead Code. This is done in HighStone via the Weekly Staff Timesheets facility, found by the following Menu Branch;

Hours must be entered in to HighStone for all days worked and allocated between each Scheme, Works Stage and Activity on which time has been spent.
Once all hours have been input for the week the sheet can be Submitted for Approval. Managers will be able to access and Approve the sheets (or raise any queries) once Submitted.
